Harvard Center for History and Economics Undergraduate Research Grants
The Center for History and Economics is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications for its undergraduate prize studentships for 2014-2015. These funds are intended to support independent research in areas broadly at the intersection of history and economics.
The selected students will meet together fortnightly over lunch to present and discuss completed or ongoing work. The Center will award students a $200 stipend for research-related costs, including books. The first meeting will take place in early November, with subsequent meetings over the remainder of the academic year.
To apply, please submit a statement of no more than 500 words along with a CV or resume to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com by no later than NOVEMBER 7. In the statement, applicants should indicate a potential subject on which they might present and any reasons for applying. Applicants should also be sure to clearly indicate their name, concentration (or intended concentration), year, and any past coursework in history and/or economics.
